It was definitely better than the last two episodes.
I have also been getting the feeling that Shin is weaker then initially conceived. Most have him in SSJ2 tier because Piccolo was terrified of his power at the tournament and because he overpowered SSJ2 Gohan, but in Daima the Glinds seem rather weak so far.

Shin does have powerful TK(he was able to restrain Boo-saga SS2 Gohan and push Fat Boo back a little with max-effort), but his general power-level is more ambiguous since he's not a fighter in the conventional sense. All we know is that Shin is evidently powerful enough to one-shot Freeza, yet was still awestruck by the power of base Saiyans. He also stood absolutely no chance against(and was scared shitless of) Dabura, who was Cell-level.
At best, I'd put Shin's overall power around that of an Android-saga Super Saiyan(pre-RoSaT), with the caveat that he can bump up a few tiers via TK specifically... But I feel like even that placement is still too high for him these days, tbh. The guy has been depicted as a feeb in virtually every appearance since the Boo-saga itself. /shrug

I was surprised that SS3 Goku is apparently THAT far above Duu/Kuu... They were barely able to hold back Gomah's blast for a few moments while working together, but then Goku just stood there and tanked it without a scratch.
Also, I'm not really a fan of Gomah's design -- it's literally just Jiren with Gomah's head bolted on. I'd be surprised if he doesn't unlock a different [likely smaller] 'final' form, though.
And yeah, at this point there's no way we're not getting a SS3 fusion, imo. They could use Shin's Potara earrings again, but they'll probably use the fusion bugs instead for a different aesthetic.
People are saying Goku will get a new transformation. I'm hoping that's not the case and he just use the forms he already possess. Yeah, Super Saiyan 3 seemed to have gotten a buff and it seems like the taxing that it does to Saiyan's has been removed (even though weve only seen them for a couple of seconds so far).
there's no way goku is getting a new form. that just definitely can't happen if this is canon to dbs. a ssj3 fusion seems obvious like galan said.
what i think will happen- ssj3 goku dominates gomah>gomah transforms or powersup and gets the clear upperhand>ssj3 vegeta jumps in and he and goku start overpowering gomah>gomah either transforms again or unlocks even more power to get the upperhand again>goku and vegeta fuse with the bugs>this new ssj3 fusion dominates gomah with ease until he is either beaten or killed.
He gets as far as a Destructo Disc from Saiyan saga Krillin... And I'm not entirely joking. 👆
But "frfr", Mark would likely have a very hard time with a few Saiyan saga characters. Aside, perhaps, from his final fight with Thragg(on the surface of the sun), Mark just doesn't have the feats to suggest that he could shrug off a planet-buster from Goku or Vegeta, imo.
IF Mark clears the Saiyan saga, hard stop at the [early] Freeza saga.
Mark is solid mid Herald. I agree with Galan here. I think Nappa would be a hard time for him, though but I would give Mark the edge. I think this just shows how powerful early form Frieza is tbh because he would dog walk Mark (the guy split a planet bigger than Earth into 1/3 with two fingers while using a small fraction of his power).
