Then in ToP Jiren was supposed to be right up there, if not higher. But like it was pointed out, unless it was specified as Beerus, then it was probably just Belmod which means that Jiren is stronger than A God of destruction, but not necessarily stronger than Universe 7's.
Then Broly, who rag dolled a significantly stronger version of Goku and Vegeta before his final buff boost. And Goku once again brings up that Broly at his peak seemed stronger than Beerus.
That would suggest to me that Gogeta Blue would indeed be > Beerus given the effortless stomping he gave Legendary form Broly. (I know its not called that but phuck em)
Then you have Moro, who stomped that same Goku and Vegeta, and at full power beat Omen Goku. Then he vores one of his subordinates and gets even more power, which let's him beat the ridiculously amped , both through spirit training and mastering his royal blue form, Vegeta.
Who in turn gets effortlessly stomped by full power MUI Goku.
By this point, it would be suggested that at least 2-3 characters would be > Beerus. MUI Goku, Moro and Gogeta at the least.
But that doesn't seem to be implied in the manga with how casually Beerus refers to the lot 🤷‍♂️
I stand by Gogeta being able to kick his ass though, regardless.
I always said MUI Goku was underrated
people were saying mui goku split with broly when dbs super came out

KI itself is just the power within an opponent right?
Because if KI takes total stats into consideration, then Thor's low speed will make him depressingly low.
But taking power output into consideration:
1. Thor can pop planets and whatnot when he puts his back into it, so I'll put him at around 24,000, or Vegeta after he lost on Earth and fought Cui, Dodoria, Zarbon, etc.
2. Just getting pissed wouldn't actually increase his power, but if we take the 10x amp literally, I guess that would rocket him up to an Oozaru-like transformation of 10X. so like 240,000.
3. JMS OF Thor is very vague, he didn't show much of anything. But if we take into consideration stacking Odin's power on his own, he'd at the very least be at like 50,000
4. King Thor did indeed do things with the Odin Force.
Early in his career when he first started spraying eye beams and whatnot, I'd say he's around 240,000
End of his career, when he took off the Desak destroyer's head, I'd say he would rocket up to around 1,000,000
5. Herald Thor lol...
Hard to say. Popping a planet on him doesn't really phase him (though farmer with shotgun might given his fornite appearance)
but at base, with OF and PC stacked on him, I'd say he's around 2,000,000 or so.
with Galactus' power stacked ontop, I can't say. He beat a universe buster, so go from there...
6. Idk about RKT. Maybe around 2,000,000 himself.
The godblast can of course exceed these numbers like goku's kamehameha can do the same.
And they're all dumb and arbitrary of course.
