Yes Captain Boomerang is a Flash villain. He didnt make himself up to specifically kill ftl opponents. He has his own histories that led to him being a charcater that uses boomerangs.
And ure comparing him to Flash who is a spexific charcyer with his own history filled with cis/pis.

Both have motivations that may affect their performances.

In this case, there's a specific attribute(ftl) brought up and applied in general(any random intruder).

It's not comparable.

Why? Just because viruses (who aren't sentient, btw) are described as hyperlight, doesn't mean they have hyperlight reflexes.

A GL, like Phildo keeps bringing up, is very capable of hyperlight speeds.

Do we say the GL has FTL reflexes? Would he not becalled a hyperlight virus?

Does hyperlight apply to all speed attributes? Can you prove that the (non sentient) viruses have hyperlight reflexes?

Because if yes, then the antibodies taking them down make those antibodies super fast.
