The whole point of forging is to give something properties that the original product does not have. But it's still moot - your showing was based on Gore who had just massively amped himself just prior to the showing of him blitz/intercept a flying Thor.
Amping himself using abilities Knull hasn't shown, with resources he doesn't have, for a sword he isn't proven to currently possess.
So so far we have your showing with Wraith as Knull's speed showing, yes?

Not seeing Gorr doing something with Knull's sword that Knull can't do. What Gorr does with the sword is strong evidence of what the more powerful Knull can do with it

His shown reflexes (which, by his own admission are slow) against....some no name thugs, that most (if not all) street level tiers can replicate? Still, odd or no, he is slowed down by it.

I am sure you will agree that WW's feats are far better than Wraith's, even if he wasn't weighed down.
This is how I am attempting to debate. No lowballing of your feat - Knull outsped a weighed down Wraith. That, apparently, is his best speed feat. OK. I match and go over it.

1. Superman and Knull are facing each other over 0.5km, no additional resources (no Kelex, no Phantom Zone projector, no Necrosword, no dragon etc) to start with.
2. Superman has better speed feats
3. Knull has been hurt by light based attacks before.
4. Superman has light based attacks (HV and solar flare).
Only thing debate able is whether point 4 can hurt Knull, and no one has refuted me.

The Symbiotes the Grendel's the dragons the necro sword which Empower Gorr and increased his speed to Thor plus leveling. they are all made from his living Abyss they are are apart of his powers.

Gorr had to amp himself with a planetful of murdered gods collected over centuries just to get up to a level where he could intercept a flying Thor.
The rest are a non-factor, and would be hit by the same light attacks that Superman can pump out.
Gorr amps off godblood. Knull hasn't been shown to, and nor does he have a planet of enslaved gods to kill.
The Necrosword also needed Celestial fire and hammer to forge, and he doesn't have it here anyway.

flying on a Grendel was able to keep up with Silver Surfer trying to get away on his board. Silver Surfer had to create a a dwarf star between them just to get some distance.

And yet Knull was Blacking out all the stars on his way to Earth. Even if Clark trie to play it smart and use heat vision and try to play keep-away Knull might snuff out the sun in the middle of the fight not even knowing it is his power source but just because he wants it dark.
