The writer was trying to tell us he was underwater and swimming like most people do. I dont know what instance your referring to, so I dont know if propulsion was even needed.

.30 second mark, Arthur does no paddling when he takes off like a rocket. What was the writer trying to tell us?

I'll ask you again, do you feel the Hulk can swim as fast as Aquaman?

You didnt answer the question. Why did the writer show AM paddling at times?
What do you think his intent was in showing us this?

Apparently because Superman was sometimes shown walking it's clear that the intent was to show that he can't fly.

Why didn't the writer show AQ swimming like a normal person, just faster?

I did answer it, but as usual you cant seem to comprehend english. Like I said, when Arthur is casually swimming around, he paddles like everybody else that swims. When he needs to get up and go, he uses propulsion without paddling. Again, the .30 second mark of the video illustrates that.

Why does he paddle though when he has propulsion?

If he doesn't have propulsion, why doesn't he swim like a normal person?

The movie is filled with the Atlanteans using their jet-like propulsion, where they "fly" through the water like Superman through air:

Robtards gifs win again.

What the films show and reality wins again.

Yeah. Atlanteans are supposed to "swim", but the movie basically made it look like flying underwater.

Why do you walk when you can run? He doesnt use propulsion all the time because he's not in a hurry all the time. Simple.

Now, are you ever going to answer my question? Do you think the Hulk can swim faster than Aquaman?

That still doesn't answer the question. He can go any speed he wants, assuming propulsion. He kicked his legs a few times in the submarine feat. Why?

You don't have a good answer do you? Just say that you don't know to prove that you are a liar.

Lol. He half-assed one leg twice in the entire scene and thats because it was an extreme feat for him. Do you think that casual kick with one leg due to strain helped with the momentum in any way? The entire movie shows Atlanteans gliding through water at speed without paddling and your arguing that they need to paddle.

Your ducking the Hulk question because you know the obvious answer goes against everything your entire argument is based upon. Its fun watching you run and squirm like a rat so i'll ask it again, who is the faster swimmer, Hulk or Aquaman?

Since H1 loves to bring real life physics to the table, I thought this was interesting. Pay very close attention to the video at the 8:30 mark.

h1 is a bad faith troll, you can't counter a bad faith troll with facts, they'll just be denied, downplayed or dodged.

He still paddled in the submarine feat and in other showings. You haven't answered why though.

Which means absolutely nothing. All that matters is writer's intent. AM was shown paddling at various times. Why?

No one gave facts though but me. I challenge you to prove otherwise.

"Writer's intent"

IOW, h1's biased opinion
