STUDY: 163,000 Unvaxxed Deaths Were Preventable

Some 163,000 COVID-19 deaths in the U.S. could have been prevented by vaccination since June this year and the virus is one of the leading causes of death in all age groups, according to research by the Kaiser Family Foundation, as cases soar amid concerns the new omicron variant will trigger another wave of infections.

COVID-19 was the third leading cause of death in the U.S. throughout November, according to KFF, trailing heart disease and cancer. An average of 1,110 people died from the disease every day, KFF said, compared to around 2,000 and 1,600 for heart disease and cancer, respectively.

Read the biggest study yet conducted about whether the vaccines give an increased risk of heart problems, specifically myocarditis, pericarditis and cardiac arrhythmias. It was published yesterday.

The study concluded there's a slightly elevated risk of developing myocarditis only but not pericarditis or cardiac arrhythmia from 1 dose of any of the vaccines and a higher risk after 2 doses. (1 to 10 events per million)

It also concluded that there was a 4x to 40x greater risk from developing myocarditis, pericarditis and/or cardiac arrhythmia from covid infection in the unvaccinated. (40 events per million)

So the risk of heart problems from the vaccines is significantly less than the risk of heart problems from the actual virus.

The usual crowd will ignore that and claim the vaccines cause 100% of the heart problems and have a 100% mortality rate.

That seems to be the case with all deadly side effects of Covid vaccines (like blood clots as well). Already very very rare, and still a much higher chance of suffering those same effects from catching Covid whilst being unvaccinated.

And that pain in the arm, man. So agonizing, it can literally kill you.

Cdtm had to have his whole arm ripped off. There simply was no alternative.

Pennsylvania Asks FEMA to Send Hospital Teams

Pennsylvania is asking the federal government to send health care workers to bolster hospitals and nursing homes that are increasingly under strain from persistent staffing shortages and the latest COVID-19 surge.

The Wolf administration asked the Federal Emergency Management Agency on Wednesday to send strike teams to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and ambulance companies in the hardest-hit areas of the state.

Ohio Summons National Guard to Help Hospitals

Today, Ohio became the latest state to summon the National Guard to help overwhelmed medical facilities. Experts in Nebraska warned that its hospitals soon may need to ration care.

Medical officials in Kansas and Missouri are delaying surgeries, turning away transfers, and desperately trying to hire traveling nurses, as cases double and triple in an eerie reminder of last year's holiday season.

Experts attribute most of the rise in cases and hospitalizations to infections among people who have not been inoculated against the coronavirus. The government says 61% of the U.S. population is fully vaccinated.

So, there is a lot of conflicting info out there, but what does everyone think on the severity of omnicron? Is it actually less severe on a case by case basis do you think? Also, yes, I'm aware that being less severe doesn't mean there will be less hospitalizations when omnicron is so much more infectious than delta.

A Texas man, whose death was the first confirmed Omicron-related in the US, was unvaccinated and had previously been infected with the coronavirus, according to a press release from Harris County Public Health.

"The individual was at higher risk of severe complications from Covid-19 due to his unvaccinated status and had underlying health conditions," the release said.

County Judge Lina Hidalgo announced the death on Monday, saying the man was in his 50s. The case is the first known confirmed Omicron-related death in the US.

"Lina Hildalgo", she must be a "Mexican judge". therefore she's "biased". *Their logic*
