Did I, or did I not correct myself in the very first sentence? I did. I still believe it's more fair to say "It's up to you WHY you want an abortion" than "Have one, but only for reasons I agree with. I mean...it's nothing to do with me...but still."

I feel it's no-one else's business what reasons a woman does it for, her reasons are her own. If anyone can prove that wrong, go ahead. This isn't a hard concept to grasp.

Nobody is asking you to agree, just accept that in giving them the choice, they will choose abortion in some cases. The reasons, at that point, are irrelevant.

well as long as they dont use abortion as a means of birth control, the reason to choose abortion should be an extremly valid

As long as abortion is not used as birth control, it should be fine.

You're missing the point though, clearly.

Even I agree on the idea that abortion as birth control is irresponsible and I'm not cool with it, but I accept that in agreeing it's their right to choose, they may take that freedom and use it to have a birth control abortion.

Agree or not, that's the price you pay for much needed freedoms.

I hope not.

Why don't you agree? I fail to see the logic there. Not because it's my view, but that view in general (because a lot of people hold it). What's there to disagree with? "You can have abortions, it's your right.....OH! Unless I disagree with the reasons you're doing it." The reasons are nothing to do with you, so why do you maintain the belief you have the right to hold bearing over it? Just curious.

I believe that someday it'll probably be illegal just like the US is making everything else illegal.

Well there are people who use it as birth control.....And that's just laziness.

Abortion is murder, there is no other way to put it. If you have ever heard/seen how the doctors kill the baby you would realize this, but it doesnt really matter how they do it anyway, its just sick in general.
For those of you who think its not murder, just think about what if your mother decided to get an abortion with you, wouldnt you think its murder then?

I've seen my best girlfriend get an abortion, I know how it's done.

And I'm sure my mother had thought about getting a abortion when she was pregnant with me, considering she was so young.

It's a woman's choice, and it should always be that way. Yes it's hard to think about what they do to the babies. And it's EXTREMELY upsetting to actually see it. But still, I'm glad that women have the choice.

Its a hard decision then because its not something you planned for or even expected to happed, but some people still wanna have the baby because it is still part of them and something they are giving life to. What most people dont think about is that even though the baby cant say anything in the matter, it has a life, even if it was from a rapist.
