Thats what i was stating in my previous statement, each case is different and not as straight forward as a simple proverbial "Yes or No", the whole 'mother being in danger' is a medical-esque situation whilst the 'rape case' is something that affects both morale and ethical issues but then again how these are viewed and dealt with will too vary from case to case, although this would be a jury I'd not like to stand for.

Exactly this question is a minefield in its own, that with each door it opens and you'd not be able to move in fear of setting of another 'ruckus', it is an extremely difficult case study to apprehend.

wicker, to your first post : but isn't it with rape, like... you either support abortion in that case or not?

our law is stupid.

yeah, but if you think this way, a newborn kid is also unable to survive on its own. and untill it will be a civilian it needs 18 yearsm even longer period of time 😬

but when it's 18 it doesn't need a mom to breastfeed it, or need to get his diapers changed... a foetus of 1 month has absolutley no chance of surviving whereas a foetus of 8 months can be placed on a machine to keep it alive

First question reply - We all have our opinions, should all 'rape induced babies' be destroyed or not ? but the fact of the matter is most of these case outcomes will not be decided by the courts, opposing factions etc but those affected at the heart of it all i.e. the carrier of the child and those close to them and i mean real close (i.e. partners, children, other close family and even friends), in some cases i.e. where the carrier is incapacitated to the point of not being able to make a decision the courts and those close to them will ultimately have the final say. Even in these cases its not as simple as black and white.

Second Post Reply - If you look at all four of your questions all four could be opened up and dissected with each of these 'new findings' opening up more and more questions/dilemmas, its probably not an ongoing 'break down' like it may sound but it will be a fairly drawn out process often going onto regurgitated ground.

because i don't know. it is complicated. theoretically it is still the same, but it wasn't her choice so... why should she suffer, but still maybe a kid of such a 'relationship' would be a very nice person 😕

It's not a foetus. The foetus comes when the cells develop into one. The cells development is what the abortion is halting.

Like I said above, if you're gonna force these women to have kids based on what you believe, then you back it up and adopt one of those kids. You're affecting someone's life by sitting in your chair flapping your mouth by asking for abortion to be made illegal. Let's see how your peaceful life or life in general changes along with your view when the mother turns up at your door with the baby and says "Hey erm....I had to have this because of you. Special Delivery."

I know someone who almost got aborted.

Either way he was born and he wasn't meant to be here, as a result he has grown up with a bad quality of life as a child. All because of his mother being pressured by others into not having an abortion.
