Genos outright says his core recorded his actions and he knows everything that happened. He knows about the technique, and Saitama reached a certain level that allowed him to perform it. Which means he can do it if pressed.

Welp, it's been translated already. But, good to see I got a good bulk correct on my personal translation. Yeah, he mentions Saitama can affect Casualty and while he's babbling he talks about what happens when you cross the speed of light.
