A water Manipulator vs Magneto

Let's say any random joblow, come in to an area and encounters magneto.

Omega level magneto gears up for battle but the person being a male who has unlimited water manipulation and can also create water who just happens to be able to transcend in to water also gears up for battle knowing how to use their powers with deadly accuracy. Who wins

Welcome back, Rox.

Everybody comes back to the site at the same time? 😂

As for the thread. "Omega level" term is absolutely meaningless. Unless someone is 6 years old and is just discovering comics. Obviously not you, Rox.

And it would really depend on the hydrokinesis character.

Both Mera and Hydroman have the potential (and showings) to solo almost everyone with ease, but they don't exactly have flawless track records. One is obscure, the other is a jobber.

How about Namor when he had Hydroman's powers?

He would do worse than Mera or Hydroman.

Expertise with powers matters. And feats.

Namor had none.

So they could just suck the water out of him or explode him with water, the same thing that he could do to them except that it wouldn't kill them? Since they can just turn into water.

But then you go in to the whole wonky force field debate, and which characters Fields can stop which kinds of energy, so if he can't stop storms or someone like hers ability to manipulate the environment inside of his force field then he probably loses.

Hi, sexy.

So Magneto vs. a character that doesn't exist? Cool.

So Magneto vs a deadly serious Iceman?

Magneto wins

This just sounds like Hydroman Vs Mags in a lake.

yeah smurph's right--i don't think there has really been any indication that iceman could solo mags at any point. i think it boils down to whether hydrokinesis could affect mags through shields. again, don't think this has ever been shown to be the case.

Would an air elemental work then?

If Mags had to just stand there, even if the air inside his shield was immune to manipulation, the elemental could just .....remove all air surrounding the bubble, right?

Oh just humor me. And since when does iceman control water at that level

Actually water weakens magnets especially if it's hot water. Magnetism has no effect on water since it's non magnetic.

Water does react to magnets, but they need to be REALLY powerful (not a problem here with Magneto).

Also, at most the human body has 3-4 GRAMS of iron in it at all times (1 gram is 0.00220462lbs. Meanwhile most living thigs are at least 50% water. Let that sink in.

Magneto has control over the entire EM spectrum, not just magnetism, though.

But how would that effect water. It's not magnetic.

Water conducts electricity.

See Hydroman vs Black Panther:

Now, Magneto is much better than that static discharge.
