A water Manipulator vs Magneto

I have addressed every question as best I can as best I can. But when I ask a question myself folks act like fanboys instead of answering. Only 3 other people actually responded fairly.

I will address arguments again. All I stated was a question of can a omega level water type character Eric. I used a made up person because there are not many marvel or DC water powered based character let alone powerful. Water is probably the most powerful element and because the body and rest of the world is mostly water and water character of immense power could destroy any and everything. I used Eric since most believe he is unbeatable but he has especially against certain elements and using real science water would be a serious problem for him since so many water attacks plus he is own being used against him. That's the best I can answer.

Thing is, he's still unbeatable here. And it has almost nothing to do with water or magnets, but is to do with Magneto himself.

He's faster than most hydrokinetics. Which means he can take action before his opponent.

He can actually separate water into hydrogen and oxygen (as shown on panel). Which means he has the offense to attack.

So match starts, he splits his opponent apart at the molecular level. For the hydrokinetic to win, you need to have someone who is faster than Mags, who also has the power to get through his auto shields or whatever.

Finally a legitimate debate. As I posted early in the thread, the thing is (the random joe blow) if split in half he can shape-shift since he can turn his body into water which means he wouldn't die, he would just reform. Now the thing is, is there air in mags shield because if so he can manipulate the water inside of the air due to the fact the air has water molecules which means he can flood magnetos shield and in case him in a tight water bubble to suffocate while increasing water the pressure.

But that doesn't address the point....

Match starts, Mags splits the water into hydrogen and oxygen atoms. nothing to reform from.

If the character shapes shifts into water that it is molecular control therefore like hydro man who transcends human form and reforms himself, same with the the Joe blow. He would just reform himself from the hydrogen an oxygen atoms. Also it depends on who is writing Magneto or if the random guy were to become a real character. I would like to see more water based characters who aren't jobbers like hydroman.

Here some things to consider

Offensive capabilities:
Water manipulation: Creating powerful water jets, tidal waves, or even water-based projectiles to attack opponents at a distance.
Water-based constructs: Forming defensive barriers, traps, or even large water creatures to restrain enemies.
Environmental control: Manipulating weather patterns to create heavy rain or flooding.

Defensive capabilities:
Water shields: Creating a protective barrier of water around themselves to deflect attacks.
Water camouflage: Blending into water bodies to evade detection.

Water absorption: Potentially absorbing water attacks to replenish their own power.

Mobility:
Aquatic movement: Traveling underwater with great speed and agility.
Water currents: Using water currents to navigate quickly on land or in the air.

Here's some things to consider:

Magneto controlled and dispersed Proteus' energy form.

He will not have issues with someone's water form.

Then you're changing the thread.

It's not a water manipulator, if they can manipulate atoms.

Not changing thread, I probably wasn't very clear.

As far as atoms go:

A water molecule consists of three atoms: two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom, which is why the chemical formula for water is H2O.

Explanation:

Hydrogen atoms: There are two hydrogen atoms in a water molecule.
Oxygen atom: One oxygen atom is present in a water molecule.

The chemical formula H2O indicates that a water molecule is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom.

It's like when Jean Grey uses her tk to split someone in half or disintegrate them, she does it on molecular level by splitting the items in half. An omega water manipulater can do this if powerful enough. Hell if hydroman wasn't such a dumbass he could probably do this.

Wait, I'm confused...

"Water" is a very specific substance with a very specific molecular structure: H2O. If the water is dispersed into hydrogen and oxygen atoms... it is no longer water. How would this character be able to manipulate something that isn't water?

Erik, on the other hand, has total control over electromagnetism- a force embedded within every atom.

At this point, you're just using ad-hoc rationalizations to justify why a character you made the f*ck up would have any chance against Magneto.

I think you've just the hurt the feelings of every other poster in this thread by suggesting Darksaint85 was the only one who ever brought up constructive disputes. In which case:

This rox truly is a smart and talented judge of character 👆

No you weren't. You've had no counterpoints to anything anyone has said in this thread. 👆

If this was meant as a refutation, you failed miserably.

It wasn't a refutation it was a moment like really. I argued what I could.
