Here is the thing, with marvel and DC you want see these type of comic page character displaying these extreme abilities but other characters from other comic companies display these extreme abilities most water bender characters from animes to again other comic companies show some characters like I described. Only marvel person I know that can do this is neptune and aqueduct.
What about Mera? Her hydrokinesis abilities have been expansively explored but I haven
t kept up with her appearances. And I never meant to limit you to DC/Marvel characters.

So what other non-DC/Marvel comics characters are you referring to that would perform as you've expressed? Like I never read Fathom by Image, but is that what you're referring to?

Mera is one of the worst to use against Mags....

True, Mags would seduce her in an instant.

There is also the percy jackson character

Percy would get mudstomped, honestly. He additionally can't turn himself into water or anything like that. As for Mera:

If we are attributing this mythical water manipulator to work along the same lines as Mera, Magneto would simply block her.

Not that he needs the helmet trick to create a bioelectric seal.

I just like the scene.

Although it does make you wonder how Magneto uses his own powers while wearing his helmet... mmm ... aren't they also psychokinetic in nature? mmm

as a mutant i'd think they were genetic as opposed to purely psychokinetic. clearly they are controlled with his mind, but they are sourced in his genes as opposed to his mind? lookaround

Wut.

What Dark said

But at any rate, the same logic would've applied to Tarn

I would imagine Magneto intentionally leaves some back door in his helmet that allows only himself to go pass mental blocks, so he can use his powers

Now explain this 😉

Maybe Leo was talking about Magneto's JEANS?

You haven't addressed a single argument in this thread.

That makes wonder...what is the point of this thread?

It seems the thread's purpose is just making a hypothetical water manipulate character who can beat Magneto....which of course you can when you just making hypothesis without giving any evidence.
But that doesn't seem to have any meaning. You just make up a character and say it can beat whoever you want
