Carver, nobody cares if the lasso can make Max Lord tell the truth. The point is she couldn't compel him to stop attacking.

But she didn't force Max Lord to remove Superman from his mental compromise for a reason. She literally states that anything temporary will result in all of this happening over and over again. It's right there in the comic. This ability isn't always active by the way. Lol... this discussion is this stupid because if the lasso works, it works. There's no rule book that says "only telling the truth works while commands doesn't". This is what make your argument dumb AF. We literally have evidence of the lasso working on him. It's not part of a trick. It either works or it doesn't. Maybe you have a bio or something that shows otherwise. Post it here, please.

I'm going to say this as slow as possible for you. Just because you're in a lasso doesn't mean that the ability works right then or on everything she blirts out. This...is...not...how...the...lasso...work. Diana had to kill Max Lord because she knew this situation would be a rinse and repeat. Keeping the lasso on Max forever so that Superman wouldn't fall prey to Max telepathy is also a STUPID way of debating this. She took a route that she knew would permanently remove Max Lord spell.

And yes, he just finished beating up on some JLA members. I'm sure you're going to take it back now because this goes against your entire idea.
