My answer is the same as it's always been. Diana is stronger and faster based off fts since Zod doesn't have anything to match either of them. My Amazo argument stands. Wonder Woman tying up a speed Flash still stands. Tying up Zoom still stands. With that said, Wonder Woman ties him up before he could react like she did Flash, Amazo, Superman, and Zoom, and lops his head off. End of fight.
