Orion would shift into berserker mode most likely which is in chapter for him. Thor being King of Asgard will likely result in him being more tactical and wise than his Classic Thor days and more powerful. Thor damaged Mjolnir with his bare fists Which is huge and shows that he has jumped up in tier in terms of striking ability. Let’s say it becomes as brutal as his fight was when they battled on Know-where the Celestial, he’d arguably be operating at 10x base strength or Warrior Madness mode. Which would fit due to having his skull cracked by Hulk in an earlier comic, and easily overcome by Banner/Hulk.

Starship Hulk was likely the same Hulk unhinged due to it stating that he believed everything was real while wearing his AI simulated battle helmet/visor. Yes he drained the Hulk of gamma becoming a Thor-Hulk, but before this they battled for a prolonged period of time and it didn’t result in a one shot from Hulk breaking his skull again.

This may or may not have been Thor in Warrior Madness mode, but evidence suggests that this actually may have been the state of mind that he was in. His ability to think a little more clearly may have been due to his new status as the King of Asgard, but that was never explicitly stated in the book, unless I missed it? If my understanding of the story is incorrect fanfic, I’m just saying that the interpretation could be a clear reason as to why Hulk didn’t one shot.

Orion is faster in bursts, being able to mixed it up with Superman in combat, but Thor has battled Gladiator in his classic less powerful days as well. It would be a lie to say that Thor is as fast as Orion is in combat, so I stand by the speed comparison.

Thor fracturing Mjonir with his fists alone tells me that he has been given a durability and strength bump. Fighting on equal footing with Hercules also shows that he isn’t an inept combatant, so Orion should not outclass him in skill.

Close fight but Thor should win if they are both fighting with clear heads. If they both shift into berserker rage mode, Thor may outclass Orion in pure strength as he would become 10x stronger.
