Reed asks,
"Back to where"
The Alien Entity replies,
"The Beginning of Everything ... Where the Universe began ...

we are going to what Was ... BEFORE what is ... is.

The Alien Entity and Reed reach the point before the Universe began, before there was anything, when the Infinite Energy that spawned the Omniverse was but a pea size concentration of all that is, all that was, all that will ever be.

from within his body which contains a Galaxy:

in fact, it's because of him that they got their powers to begin with,

that made us into what we became ... that gave us our powers,
I suspected that there was an intelligence behind those effects,

Reed sees the birth of the Fantastic Four and continues to repeat that it was Him who manipulated everything in this moment while he was still merged with the Alien Entity and the Universe:

There's no such thing as individual Cosmic Eggs.
There's only been one Big Bang from a Cosmic Egg in Marvel,
the one and only Big Bang that spawned the Omniverse.
This is from the Canon arc of Fantastic Four #530-532, situated in 616.

but they are not Voids,
they are vast sub sectors of the Multiverse filled with Energy and gases
awaiting a moment of explosion (Big Bang) to become a living Aspect of Eternity:

What's interesting is
that Reed actually guided the Cosmic Rays that gave him and his team powers.
That so uber that it's senseless.
Reed said, he always knew the Cosmic Rays were of intelligent design,
and that now he knew, it was him all along that manipulated the Rays.
That's insane, how can that be,
how did he do that before he reached this point with the Alien?
Did they re-write Time, to make it as though he manipulated the Rays from the beginning?
Or is Reality in a perpetual endless Timeloop,
and what becomes anew in the Fabric of Time & Space overwrites the old Timelines
as though it was always there?
Even Kree Scientist would have a hard time with that one. 😂

I'm not too sure, I don't think he journeyed to that point,
it seems Reed willed the Rays to give them their specific powers in the Past

Remember in this scan Reed seems to manipulate the Rays themselves:

Then as you continue to read you see that Reed is thinking about his team,
and their personalities, their personalities mimic their powers, that's not a coincidence, that was Reed who engineered the Cosmic Rays to affect them in that specific manner.
But it also seems upto this point, he was ignorant about it.
A Billion years later they touched Reed and his team in the spaceship
and history was written.
Which is where the paradox lies ... how can this be?

IMO, once Reality is re-written on this scale,
the original Past of any specific moment becomes nullified if altered.

That's what I was trying to convey, it's just that Reed through us off by saying he always knew there was intelligence behind the Rays that trasnformed him and the FF. When the intelligence was himself. It's like if the New restructuring of the Universe performed by them became the actual Origin of the Universe.
