Fox Searchlight Takes On 'Young @ Heart'

Fox Searchlight has snapped up theatrical rights in North America to the docu "Young @ Heart," about a Massachusetts seniors chorus that covers tunes ranging from Jimi Hendrix to Coldplay.
"Young" is helmed by Brit Stephen Walker and produced by his wife Sally George under their WalkerGeorge Films banner. Pic was originally commissioned by Blighty's Channel 4 for its digital weblet More4, where it first aired last year. It then aired in a primetime slot on terrestrial Channel 4. LAFF was "Young's" first film festival unspooling.
