The problem is "fighting to the best of their abilities: Wolverine might not lunge full force and go flying past Spiderman. So while he could turn and use his webs effectivly, he might just grab wolverine's butt. Wolverine could turn with a swing with the arm furthest away from spiderman at him, while swinging his closer arm down to sever the line.
Now Wolverine is much closer. Now what?

it said it in his latest weapon x graphic novel..
and he didn't have his claws out when spidey started webbing him...

One hand is cutting the lines, the other is coming at him. . he's just going to riase his hands to shoot him in the face OR feet(which is it by the way up or down?)? You're not going to have him dodge?

I was talking about shooting webs while dodging.
Wolverine could just bring the claw that freed him back to cut what ever line hits him again. .
Now I need to know what way Spiderman dodged So I can picture where this scenerio goes next, H'e probably not going to dodge into wolverine or into his claws so its probably goign to be a backward movement. . . but how does he do it?
