Hulks a way bigger, slower, less agile, less flexible target than Spidey. And he's not the type of guy to evade strikes. Honestly though, Hulk could easily just toss people like these 2 into orbit if he grabs them. He doesn't because it would get boring after a while if everytime he fought he just threw MFers into space. Scratch that, if he hasn't done it yet, he can't do it 😆. Go sarcasm, go!!!
Spidey hasn't always been able to dodge attacks, so who's to say that there isn't the slightest chance that wolverine could actually walk away with a win over spidey, they have fought so many times that it's only a matter of time before wolvie is able to stab spidey. Spidey can beat wolvie but you can't say wolvie can't beat spidey.

And about his feet and his arms/head being webbed at the same time WHILE he's dodging Wolverine... riiight. I don't think the webbing travels light speed for one, so Wolverine can dodge at least one if not both of those as they're being squirted towards him. Secondly, last time I checked Wolverine had eyes, so he can see where Spiderman is going to aim and simply jump or change position slightly to either avoid the web or only have part of it hit him.

Spidey dodges wolverines attacks. Spidey webs wolverine up. lets assume Logan can cut the web with his claws (Which I don't think he can) He isn't strong enough to break free of the webbing. Spidey webs logans mouth up till Logan either passes out or dies.
Or assuming spidey has an environmental advantage (Which he doesn't need to win.) he could throw logan into stuff eg. cars, lampposts, rivers. However spidey doesn't need this environmental advantage when he could just suffocate logan..............
