Wolverine simply hasn't enough time to learn them all. if he was learning the day he was born he still would be learning today. Lifting a hundred tons is through different things like mutations etc..................
Exactly. There is usually a REASON as to why somebody can lift 100 tons or more.

Yes, but Wolverine was born with the mutant power of every martial art in his brain already mastered. He had to WORK for them.

u saying wolverine knowing every style is impossable but lifting 100 tons is not?
I'm not saying it would be impossible for Wolverine to master them all eventually (assuming he lived for a couple more hundred years) only that from what we know of his life, he hasn't had the time to do so. A skill requiring time to learn it is different than a mutant (or artificially) granted ability.

Exactly. That's what I was trying to point out earlier. Thanks! 😄

I am perfectly willing to accept certain conventions when it comes to comic books. I'll accept that a guy can turn his body into metal and still walk, I'll accept that Superman can fly, I'll even accept that the another guy can control magnetic forces with his mind because there has been at least an attempt to explain how all of that is possible.
It doesn't have to be scientifically accurate but it has to be at least plausible in my mind for me to accept it as anything more than bad writing or hyperbole. If Marvel made an attempt to explain how Wolverine or Captain America could possibly master every style of martial arts on the planet then I could and would add that to my list of comic conventions that I accept as "truth" but not until then.

But I can imagine them learning all them style because of their past time being alive all them years but I don't understand people like batman learning 147 styles I believe, and being only like what in his late 20's.

I just hold writers and editors to a certain standard and I'm not willing to blindly accept whatever they try to cram down my throat when they are not willing to provide any form of explanation, whatsoever.

True, but Batman is a slightly different case. Given his vast wealth, it would be relatively easy for him to either locate masters of the styles he wished to know and travel to them for training, or for him to simply pay them all to come to him and teach him. It's good to be rich. Still if he started as a young teen and devoted years to such study it is possible if not probable. And that is all I ask for; just some kind of explanation that would make a little sense.
