Logan 'appears' to keep up due to skill, we see the normal human MA type ie shang chi,bucky,daredevil dodge evade gunfire due to thier 'skills' and logan is one of the most skilled if not the most skilled mofos on the marvel earth.

i remember a real world example of expert samurai's slashing targets so fast people analysing him were amazed

spiderman who has superhuman strength class 10 (minimum imho), and is not overly muscluar to restruict movement can leap and dash with minimal effort and is superhumaly fast due to his superhuman powers

whereas logan's speed is a source of his 'extensive training',his healing factor which grants him some degree of superhuman strength.

in a race SM will win 10/10 times displaying more 'raw speed'

While not a bad post, I have to say...

Shang, Logan and DD have some legitimate bullet dodging feats. Not aim-dodging.

Logan has been described as moving faster than the eye can see a few times. Recently he outraced a rocket (in order to get hit by it) after it's been fired and very close to its target.

Take away Spiderman's SS and agility and he's nothing.

In the speed department I meant.

Agility requires a certain amont of speed though. And his running feats are also pretty impressive (too fast for bullseys eyes and running/swinging away from homing bullets).

Web-swinging makes him look faster, too.

So does Wolverine's motorcycle. If they race like that, Wolvie wins by the way 😛
