That's just it. They A) didn't know for sure that it was a program B) didn't know it was attacking a crew member C) No one had ever seen a program copy itself over something else, let a real person hacked into the matrix leading me to D) Bane wasn't part of the Neb's crew, and we saw how many disbelievers there were to the prophecy and such in both Reloaded and Revo. That leads us to suspect that since his vitals would never have changed, and he did not die, they would not have suspected anything was wrong..

As seen in the first two Matrix movies, they can read the coding and see what's happening in the Matrix. They could easily see that something's atttacking him. Even if they hadn't seen a program copy onto another, they would be total idiots not to get suspicious. And the prophecy has nothing to do with this...

What would happen if someone walked through a door when it's being used by a key user? (Ex. When Persephone uses the kitchen door and opens the door to the mansion, what would happen if someone entered through the mansion door or kitchen door at the same time?)

When Neo goes to meet Morpheus in M1, before the Blue or Red pill speech...Why doesn't an agent just take over Neo and kill Morpheus?

If Neo is taken over by an agent and kills the crew, then the anomaly will never get out of the Matrix, thus the Matrix cannot be restarted.

Why does the Matrix need to be restarted? Why can't the machines just let the humans continue with life as it is?

Answers are in the movies. If the anomaly isn't removed from the matrix, and the matrix restarted with the prime code re-inserted, then the system would fail and the humans would wake up killing everyone, man and machine.

Well then I totally missed the point of the entire Trilogy. I feel like the past few years of my life was wasted.

You've spent the last few years of your life searching for the point??

Maybe you should go on a mighty seach and walk many a mile to find out the point of life so that you are able to relise exactly what you wasted.

In fact, i plan to do the same.

The point of life is the journey. The point of knowledge is the question. It's the answers that drive us, and the destination that beckons us, but to truely find this life rewarding you must know the questions, and enjoy the journey.

Just a little wisdom from eastern and european philosophies I have picked up along they way, that may shorten your search for the point to your life. You sound as if you are to concerned with the conclusion of your life (the point or purpose of it if you wish) than you are the path of which it takes you, just as you are to concerned with the ending of the matrix giving you the answers you so much desire than you were the questions and the journey it led you through.

I bid you good luck on your search, though I fear that, unless you find peace with not knowing, you will be sadly disappointed when your story concludes.

I don't know if this has been answered or not, but this concerns Dave 123's twins and Agent Jumping onto the car question. Anwser to the first one. Because Trinity is activly maneuvring the car, and is aware that two ghost-like creatures with guns are trying to kill her. So when they shoot unsespecting drivers and cars, they either die, or have cause a massive pile-up. As to the second question, its because the Agnet leapfrogs off of that car, so all of the kinetic energy is used on the car that got demolished, while Trin's car only gets a dent. Plus, it's in the script.

I loved the matrix trilogy but what i don't get is what is the purpose of the little girl in Revo. It is said in the movie that everyone has a purpose. I think that the girl is the next Neo because it seems like she could rewrite the matrix at the end and thats what the One can do right?

I never mentioned the end of anything, all i said was the "point" of life, now you've given one theory on the "point" of life, i am sure there are many theories, although i do pretty much agree with what you said.

I have no problems with the "conclusion" of the matrix, i love movies left open for discussion, it allows the movie to live on.

So no need to worry about this young chap. 😄

Cypher was setting up a program that would, in essence, be his operator for him. all he would have to do is sit down and plug the thing into his head, and he would be all set, the program would take over from there.

I meant what would happen if they were on the outside of the mansion and walked through the door.
