Read my previous posts. If they met at random and fought, Spidey would be also at a disadvantage. He would treat Batman like all the other costume villans he has fought which would be all the edge he neads to make his escape and get some prep time.

Depends what you mean at the drop of a hat. Batman already has a number of strategies and devices to defeate the JLA so all he would need to do is make a quick stop at the cave. After that the fight is over.
Why would he not be able to creep up on Spidey.

The point that Lenord is trying to make is usually Spider-Man underestimates his opponents and thinking that Batman is just a mere normal man is just plane ignorrance. Batman would surely take the fight if Spider-Man believes if the caped crusader was just a goof-ball in a black suit. Batman to me is an anti-hero as well as he is to most of all of you, and if I know a thing or two about anti-heros, they tend to have lots of surprises for bunches of people.
Now, I do believe that on a first encounter, Spider-Man would surely take the fight because Batman has never faced someone like Peter before and would always be one step behind. But after a few more encounters, Batman could possibly learned all he needed to know about Spidey and use it to his advantage and take the fight then on.
The fact here is that Batman is being highly underestimated here, and this my friends, if anything, would be Spidey's major downfall because that's what he does when he talks a bunch of smack.
it would be a close fight, but spidey's got the strength and the spider-sense on his side. He'd be able to dodge all of Batman's punches and kicks and gadgets. (Come on, if he can dodge bullets, he can dodge batman's attacks...) And with his strength, well, let's just say one punch from Spidey and it's lights out for Bats...

People please get your facts straight. I don't know where these "Spiderman can dodge bullets" comes from. He can not dodge bullets, The Punisher has shot him a number of times (lucky for him he was using mercy bullets), he has also been hit by a number of other things that travel slower than bullets. Just because thugs with guns cant hit Spiderman people think he can dodge bullets, if that is the case then most hero's (including Batman) can dodge bullets and therefore can not be hit by anything. See how stupid that logic is.
Batman carries a lot of stuff with him that dont even have to hit spiderman to be effective, like flare grenades and sonic grenades. Then when he is dazed and tring to recover from these he could trow his stun/gas grenade to knock him out.
Besides the "Coin" has spoken, it has chosen the victor and you can't argue with the power of the coin... so there 😛

Nobody of course claims you just can't hit Spider-Man. He has been hit lots of times, mostly when he's distracted, or tired, or ignored his spider-sense.
But he still is one of the toughest heroes to hit.

How is it a fact that Spider-Man has dodged more bullets than anyone else. Fact is Spidey fights super villans much more than he fights simple thugs and criminals (and they are the ones that use guns). In fact it could be argued that the Punisher has dodged much more bullets than Spider-man since he is always facing gun toting drug dealers and murderers, and he is just a normal human being. Batman also has dodged his fair share of bullets (lets face it Gotham is filled with gun happy criminals).
And another thing, thugs are not know for thier markmanship (in fact if the target doesn't stand still it is doubtful that they can hit it). When in the hands of a professional like the Punisher Spiderman would find it hard to dodge a bullet.

No his is not... there are Superman/Flash/Vision/Green Lantern/Thor/Martian Manhunter... to name but a few. Spider man is always getting hit by people faster than him, slower than him, smarter than him, dummer than him. The only people that can't seem to hit him are stupid thugs.... but then again they are dummer and slower than him so we cant really blame them.

Look stop taking everything so litereraly, ok change the grenade to capsule. You know I dont ever remeber Spider-Man jumping 40 meters high or away (not counting jumping from a high place down). The problem with make long jumps is that once you are air borne you cant change your direction and for someone like Batman that is a deadly mistake, because he can quickly calculate where you would land and through it there instead or get him mid air (it is what the Goblin used to do, 70%-80% of the time he hits Spidey is always been in mid air while he was jumping or swinging and could not make a quick change of direction).

Couple of points I should make... As it happens I have resently been reading old spidey comics (read previous posts) and most of the time he dodges bullets they are fired by inexperienced thugs who have no disipline.
The second or third time that spider-man met with the Punisher the Punisher actually shot spiderman twice in quick succession while he was jumping around tring to avoid his shots ( both shots he fired caught Spidey in the chest). Peter even was shocked and looked at Punisher and said "You killed me, I don't belive I am going to die" or something like that... and then Punisher tells him that he used mercy bullets and he should be fine in a few minutes and Punisher makes his getaway.
Lots of hero's and villans douge bullets on a regular basis, and the reason that Batman, Punisher and even Captain America wear kevlar suits is not only to protect them from bullets, but also from explosions, laser, power attacks (like force blasts) and other things, after all they are not like spider-man or the reast who can take some punishment so they have thier suits to help them absorbe some of the impact. It is very rare in a comic book that a Super hero wearing kevlar is saved by it from a bullet.
And who is it that came up with the idea that Batman would use electrified nets, or steel net in the first place. This sounds like something he would do in the 70s and 80s comics, not now. Why not just use methods that have proven very effective against spider-man like sleeping gas to knock him down (works almost every time against him). I know Batman carries some smoke capsules with him in case he needs to retreat and I am sure that he carries sleeping gas capsules.

If you are talking about the Batman/Spider-man comic featuring Carnage/Joker then Spider-man did not save Batman from Carnage the Joker did so even if Spider-man wasn't there Batman would have beaten Carnage. Below is these scene you are talking about....
Carnage surprises Batman and Spider-Man and grabs Batman before they can do anything. He wraps Batman lifts his claw ready to strike, he faces Spider-man with Batman as a shield between both of them...
<Carnage> "Don't you get any bright ideas about saving him, webs! Take one step toward me and he's Bat Guacamole!"
<Batman> "He'll kill me either way! Stop him...NOW"
Spider-man cant do it... Then the Jocker appears
<Joker> "Batman old chum... Your self-sacrificing nature never fails to amaze... and sicken me!"
<Joker> "Sorry chili-con-carnage... There's no way I'm going to let you kill him. Or slice and dice your way through Gotham."
<Joker> "It's my town... and my Batman! Mine alone to play with... for the sheer, intoxicating fun of it! Of course, if you insist on going through with this..."
<Joker> "I'll have no recorse but to pop the weasel and unleash the virus... Here and now! I'd rather see all of Gotham dead... than see you win. Haahaaahaaahaaa"
<Joker> "Well Kletesky-Wetesky... What's it gonna be?"
<Carnage> "You wouldn't dare! You wouldn't!"
Kasady afraid allows his fear to affect his control of the Symbiote and then Batman gets free and goes on to beat Carnage with his bare hand until he becomes unconsious,,, while Spidy chases after Joker and prevents him from releasing the virus
