I'm putting it into perspective. I'm just saying that 40x faster than .25 isn't that much of a difference. Don't get mad because you don't understand basic math. I didn't know 40x in the comic world was different from 40x in real life. Numbers are numbers. Don't be mad because I stomped on your reflex argument.

u didn't stomp on nething, its a comic. getting bitten by a radioactive spider in real life doesn't give u superpowers, or cause u to turn into a giant spider man freak either. certain things that comics account for such as strength, speed, faighting skill, and agility can be argued. U can only use the facts they give. Spidey's wall crawling ability is explained, but the mechanics of it are unkown even in the MU. It's realistic makebelieve. not as far fetched as Dragonball or Precrisis Superman.
BP is not Batman, and the two are not equal. Plus Spidey had no intention of really fighting BP. Don't underestimate Spidey cuz he's not a killer, nor uses his full potential in battles with humans. Those pictures don't depict a fight, it's just spidey gettn taken down by surprise while he's hanging on a shandalere. BP is great, thats y hes BP. he fights Large African animals for morning practice. Spidey has done this with so much ease it wasn't funny. Remember Kraven the Hunter? Two leoprds were like playing with two little kittens to spidey.

You just don't understand that Spidey cannot produce that kind of power with a punch. He doesn't have the fighting ability.
Batman is a fighter, he can produce more force than what he can lift.
Your right on one thing though, Batman is not Black Panther, he's better. He'd whip Spidey twice as fast.

What's there to understand ? Spider-Man bends steel, for crying out loud. He can punch through a brick wall. Get real, will you.
When he fights normal human beings, he always holds back, because otherwise he kills everyone of them. Batman is no exception, he can NOT take a powerpunch from Spider-Man. He also can not dodge a punch from him (okay, maybe one time) because Spider-Man fights and moves too fast.
Spider-Man once beat up a (future) Iron Man with his bare hands. And Iron Man is so much faster, stronger and durable than Batman.
10 Facts.
1. Strength : Spider-Man is lots stronger than Batman. He can lift 10 tons, and that’s a whole lot. He’s so strong, he always holds back when fighting (puny) humans, otherwise he would kill them.
2. Reflexes : Spider-Mans reflexes are about 40 times faster than that of a normal human being. I’ll be a good sport, and say Batman is twice as fast as a normal person, so Spider-Mans reflexes are still 20 times faster than those of Batman. More than enough I would say.
3. Agility : Batman doesn’t even come close.
4. Fighting : impossible to compare. Batman has learnt and studied dozens of martial arts techniques, where Spider-Man has developed a unique fighting style, a combination of speed, instinct, strength and reflexes. Both fighting styles are very effective, so comparing them is useless.
5. Experience : they both have been around for a very very long time, so… roughly the same. It won't make much difference.
6. Willpower : probably the same, but don’t underestimate Peter Parker : under that innocent face is a will of iron.
7. Weapons : unless prepared, Batman has no gadgets in his utility belt that would really work against Spider-Man. At best, they could annoy him a little bit, and that’s it. The web of Spider-Man on the other hand is unbreakable and very sticky, so Batman better stay out of it.
8. Intelligence : both are two smart cookies, but Batman has the upper hand when it comes down to general knowledge. Fighting wise, they are both very smart (and it’s fighting they do, not playing a chess game) and cunning.
9. Speed : Spider-Man is (do I really have to say it) much faster than Batman. Batman can not dodge forever the swift attacks from Spider-Man. Unless he’s in the batmobile, he can also not escape Spider-Man.
10. Endurance : Spider-Man thanks to his spider-powers.
So : they both earn points for fighting, experience, willpower and intelligence. This gives Batman 4 points, and Spider-Man 10 points (and I even haven't mentioned the spider-sense, the jumping powers and the wall crawling ability).
Please feel free to prove me wrong, but please, back it up with facts, not with blind batmanfanboyism (I already asked this a few days ago).
I'm starting to think you're a Batman fanboy MERCILOUS. Batman is my favorite hero, but Spider-Man would win this IMO. I just don't see any way Batman could beat him unless he used sleeping gas, which would only work if they were in a small room because Spider-Man would get away. Don't forget his spider-sense; Batman has good aim but he's no Bullseye. And just forget about hand-to-hand combat.

......the same fall that broke batman's shoulder (I have this comic, cuz I love Batman) is something Spidey does on an hourly basis. even without webbing Spidey travels across the citty doing things humans can't. falling and swingin and rebounding from great hights that would rip a man's arm or leg off. spidey can land/survive falls from over a hundred feet easy.....not enough punching power u say? He can bench 20,000 pounds........in lifting, when u bench u use ur triceps and pecs and shoulders....the same muscles u use to punch, and spidey has lots of fighting experience, its all he does......like bruce lee said,
