cook love and be the one! hehehee...

the code was already in Neo. the cookie did not deposit the code in him, it was already there, otherwise, she could just give it to any random person Morpheus brought along, including Trin or Cypher...

In Montreal , say it 2 times no applause to both representation. Im still perplexe about the end of the trilogy. ( french and brilliant Aficionado )
PLS help me someone, why does Neo has power in the real world? This is to much for me...

And if i nnderstood the end, to much cheese for my taste, you americans cant do anything else then HOLLYWOOD style movie.
Expend your mind go see something else then all that crap. ( not including here the first matrix movie that was quite profound. )

The Matrix is parable and sybolism at its finest

The Matrix movies are all about parables and symbolism.

Just look at the names used in the series and who or what they represent, and what roles they paly: Neo (New) who is the Jesus Christ / Messiah / The One; Anderson (Son of Man); Trinity (Godhead); Morpheus, the 'John The Baptist' as well as other Greek meanings behind his name; Cypher, the Judas Iscariot of the bunch, the betrayer; Sati (Sacrifice for a loved one), Merovingian (The Devil); The Oracle; The Architect (God), the Creator; The Nebuchadnezzar; Zion; etc. It goes on and on and on and on and on.

If you are confused of the above, re-watch the Matrix movies and count how many times they mention pieces of religion. Almost every used word. And not just one religion, but all religions. How many times is Neo called the Messiah, The Chosen One? Watch Morpheus as he helps Neo with his quest and shows him the way. People bow to him and praise him. Many times they mention the prophecy. In the first Matrix Neo is killed and then reborn, only to find his true powers before defeating Agent Smith. Did you notice the first movie came out on Easter, 1999? At the end of the third movie Neo sacrifices his own life to save all others (from Zion), and when he dies he lays in the shape of a cross as the machines carry him away.

Think about these things and let me know if I'm just crazy.

Also, here's some other things to think about:

1. Is Seti really some form of Trinity? At the beginning of Revolutions Seti is with Neo in the train station (purgatory, if you will, between the two worlds). She then leaves on the train, only to be replaced by Trinity, who finally comes for Neo. Later in the movie, Trinity is with Neo on the ship and they fly above the clouds. Trinity sees the beautiful sky (something that hasn't been witnessed by anyone in over 160? years) and notes how wonderful the sight is. Neo, blind, cannot see this. At the end of the movie, Seti, as we find out, has created the sky in the new matrix (which looks as it did with Trinity) for Neo.

2. Neo, at the end of the movie, realizes what he has to do and lets Smith make a copy into himself. As we learned from The Oracle, Agent Smith is Neo's opposite, his negative. Therefore, program-wise (since Neo and Smith are both programs) they balance each other out (-1 + 1 = 0) and Smith is destroyed. Or is Smith destroyed because Neo is plugged into the machine system, and by Smith copying into Neo, the machines can finally pinpoint Smith and destroy him?

3. Check out the elevator when they visit Merovingian for the second time - the button down says 'Hell'. Is Merovingian some kind of Lucifer in the system? Happy to be there in his world of tempations and his suductive mistress? He is always surrounded by half-naked dancing bodies, alcohol, bad people. In fact, in the first movie (as revealed by the video game) his two body guards are called Cain and Able.

Ponder these things and get back to me... if you choose.

The Merovingian is very much NOT the Devil...

Ppl just probably assume that because he's dressed in red! 🙄

What is the Merovingian then? Besides the program that controls what goes between both worlds?

the only thing i liked in the movie was the ending song... song evul ;P

hahahahah......

nah serious it was a great movie....... even tho trinity have to die :'(

*this message was brought to you from sweden*

The end song was pretty kick ass -- some kind of Opera / Hard Rock mix... Does anyone know who its by?

He is an old and powerful programme with severe pretensions- nothing more mystical than that.

no but i have the hole soundtrack 🙂 ...... u can download it from suprnova.org

and the songs name is ???? - Navras

the ????? stands for that i dont know the name of the group =/

im not saying he IS the devil, but look at his environs...His wife is Persephone (the name of the goddess married to Hades), his club is Club Hel, he controls the Trainman, who is like Charon...he is LIKE, but is not, Hades/Lucifer/Devil...

That's exactly what I was getting at... There are too many signs that say he is not the devil.

Symbolically that is...

He is acting more like a Prince or King than the Devil- as his name would imply.

As I see the Merovingian he is both: A “Lord” and “Ruler of the underworld.” That is = Hades. But he is not evil as a devil or demon.
In ancient Greek myths the gods weren’t that easily just GOD, but could get pissed, jealous, envious etc.
The Mero more or less rules over the Matrix’ “trashcan”, from where he can take objects meant for deletion, and put them back inside the Matrix. Doesn’t really make him evil. Just because you no longer serve “the system” does that mean the system has a right to terminate you?
The Matrix is control, the rebels are chaos, and the Mero is just in it for “the game.”

looky here ..lucifer securities 🙂 (4th floor)

hehe...
