no, but im taking it directly from the marvel dictionary of Feb. 2005. They come out once every 5 years in a very limited # (mines' 761 out of 850). This year they came out in February, and their all sold out so u need to wait another 5 years to get one.

I never heard of such a thing. I have the 2004 Marvel Encyclopedia and in it dont say anything about Thing being that big. Can you scan a picture of the book or page and post it?

Yea, what the hell? I've never heard of that either. Some book they make a limited copy of that comes out every five years? Sounds like bull to me. I apologize if it's true, but it sounds like bull.

Even IF that is true. That means Colossus is outweighed by 45 lbs. Are you serious? That is nothing. That is lighter than air for them. And Colossus still has those eight inches on him. That gives him more reach than our friend Thing.

But that's just assuming that's true. Actually no, even if that's not true, Colossus still has much more reach than thing. More agility as well.

Shouldn't Colossus being solid steel, weigh much more than 795 pounds? Shouldn't it be like 2-5 tons or something?

Nah. He is solid steel, yes. But he's just not large enough to weigh that much. Plus, an important factor here, he is composed of an unknown, organic metal, a metal that the Earth is not home to. It has completely different properties from any known metal. That's probably a good reason, too.

Even considering those other pictures, I wuld still say the Thing looks bigger.

Colossus will get schooled, treated, and put down.

The Thing is 6'0 ft , weight 500

colossus is 7'5 ft, weight 950 in steel form

he's not 6'6 840lbs if anything it's the ultimate thing same with colossus

Well if you go by the official stats in the Marvel Encyclopedias then yes you are right.

Ultimate THING is 6'8" 1500 lbs 😎
