Actually he can. Although it is a drain on him, thats why he uses "lesser" beings through trickery. Im looking at it right now.
Apparently he's powerful enough that Kismet had to hide from him.

I honestly dont know too much about the Silver Surfer, but i know that he could re-arrange molecules, and his Strength is probably the same as Supermans (maybe more) and his skin is very invulnerable. Although Superman is my favorite (that will prob. piss off alot of you), I'm guessing Kal-el would have his hands full with the Surfer. But don't get me wrong, i dont think it would be a walk in the park for SS either, as Superman is very smart and is very powerful....thats my 2 cents

I'm not talking about that issue. I am talking about the special issue 'Superman: King of the World' in which he mind controls Superman. He even made Superman think he was trapped in the Phantom Zone.

It's a technique that calms the mind which allows superman to create images in his mind so he could not be manipulated by Dominus.
This only worked on Dominus because he was using supes mind to attack him.
This is not a technique where he pulls people into his mind.
It's a defensive system that calms the mind against illusions that's all.
Dominus was using supes mind to uses the images in Supes mind seem real , all Supes did was controlled those thoughts.

The same Kismet that Imperiex killed? She is not on the same level as Eternity. She may be more powerful than the Silver Surfer, but Dominus certainly is not. He has schemed to kill Kismet, but he never suceeded. He isn't more powerful than Kismet, either.

All supes did was changes the images in his mind (which helped him against Dominus who was using supes mind (images from his mind) against him.
It’s not a power where he pull people in his mind. LMAO

I said she is an eternity like being. Never said she was DC's eternity or that she rivalved it in power, but she's powerful.

I said the same thing. According to Avalon, Dominus can manipulate reality itself, not just cast illusions, as stated in Secret Files #2. I can't even find a comic named Secret Files #2.

What kind of bullshit is that?
Surfer would not try to attack Supes psionically in the first place, so I really can't follow why that is being argued. This is Surfer, not Overmind or Thanos. Supes is outclassed by Surfer in overall power and matched if not outclassed in his own arenas of expertise: speed and physical strength. Surfer can do everything Supes can do, but Supes can't say the same regarding Surfer. When Supes turns bullets into daiseys with a wave of his hand holla at me. Until then, Surfer will wave his hand, bombard Kal-El with one of his many weaknesses, and then leave him for dead.
He might beat Surfer at a game of Checkers though.
