The scan says 2215 miles per HOUR. Not per second. That is not Mach 10. Flash had to have been exaggerating. Do any of you actually read Superman's comics? Superman's speed on earth is no faster than Mach 10. Kgkg is proving that all of you are dead wrong.

Ok. Granted; Superman can move at 2000 miles per second on Earth. He still had to accelerate for a while to attain that speed, and he is nowhere near the Silver Surfer's speed on Earth.
Superman is near lightspeed in space. He doesn't move at light speed, and certainly not faster. Saying that Superman can do it isn't exactly proof. What kgkg has done is providing proof.
Regardless, the Silver Surfer casually travels through space at millions of times the speed of light. Superman's speed is of no comparison.

Supes is simply outclassed by Surfer. Is it that hard to accept? I accept that Punisher would get served by about 94% of superheroes and villains because he's just a highly trained soldier with a large arsenal of guns. Doesn't change the fact that he's my favorite character next to Panther and GL. Why is it so hard to accept that there are maybe 50-100 characters out of thousands upon thousands of comic book characters that could defeat Superman in a fight, and Surfer happens to be one of the few that could do it. Doesn't change the fact Supes would mop up everyone ranked 100 and down.
Just accept it Supes fans;
Surfer has a tactical advantage against Supes that he simply can't overcome.

Well said. It seems like any time someone says that Superman can be beaten by any other superhero, it's considered to "underestimating" him, or "overrating" his opposition. That is the epitome of fanboyism.

But Read Superman/Batman #13 and you will see Superman use lightspeed in space. Like I stated earlier he went from earth to the Source Wall and back in a matter of what appeared to be minutes. How do I know you ask. Simply cause he cannnot breathe in space and had no air supply. I dont have a scanner but trust me there is more proof outhere proving him faster than light in space.
