well being that surfer and the hulk had founght before and surfer came out on top, i definitely say the surfer would beat thor pretty handily being that the hulk practically destroys thor all the time.
This would definitely be a tough and long fight. Thor is easily on Supes strength level without his weakness, SS only chance is hit and run tactics, going head on h2h would be suicide even dough SS could amp strength his not much of a warrior as Thor but i believe SS has far durability than Thor, if SS could somehow take out mjonir from Thor hands, sometimes Thor is rather rush in his action then that would be much easier to beat him. I give 6/10 for SS cause im a fan 🙂 .

Even in the original one Thor made it clear he was holding back to find out why SS was attacking. Surfer himself realized that Thor was much more powerful as afterwards Thor effortlessly smashed the force field SS had used to hold Mjolnir, demonstrating that he could have taken Mjolnir back at any time.
We have seen the results of this comparison before. In IG Surfer and Strange openly acknowledge that Thor is their best chance of taking down Thanos. In Blood and Thunder SS got ko'd twice and both times he woke up he was surprised to be alive.

Actually it was Adam saying that he was surprize SS wasnt injured after all the clobbering Madness Thor gave him. Physicall he could withstand the attack but i quess his brain is still prone to concussion. Usually if you see SS physically injured you see crack on his body and energy zipping out of it. In blood and Thunder everyone was trying to subdue him not injure or kill him. It would be a diff matter if everyone was out for blood.

So the scans of Surfer, Bill, and Warlock leading up to Thor getting the Power Gem from Drax is the Blood and Thunder storyline?
It all makes so much sense now, since I've seen that regarded as a Powered Up version of Thor even beyond WM, PG and all. I will start trying to track down proof of this.

i have that crossover and it sucks, and they don´t fight, but if you read it the one who seems more powerful is surfer, even superman is suprised with his power (when surfer turns his city into normal for exemple i think)

Yes, it was disappointing that they didn't fight--and it's not difficult to figure out why, considering, well, how did Supes put it: "You? You have such power?"

Surfer himself knows what would have happened if Warlock hadnt saved him. This scan is when after Warlock arrives he wakes up from his first KO.
