Yeah this is why i said, the team was shown with there low end power level which made Mthor look pretty powerfull. Heck the time gem was used to heal and incapacitate Iternity, and its supposed to not work on Mthor. I mean Iternity is way, way beyond MThors level. Warlock overpowered Mephisto in his own realm using the soul gem, Maxam went toe to toe with Hulk and WM i think but not sure, and MThor slap him like nothin and dont even get me started with the reality gem at Thanos hand.
This thread has been done at least twice before, but I personally don't mind because -- of all the Versus ever considered -- I think this is the most controversial one, and it's always good to hear fresh thoughts.
Surfer is my main man, but for the record, Marvel canon has Thor defeating Surfer, twice.
The second time, Thor had warrior madness, which increases his power. Under those circumstances it is legit that Thor should win.
The first time they fought I have some gripes with because nothing was ever mentioned regarding Surfer's vast power loss to the sonic shark in FF#72, more power than even Loki could replenish (as evidenced by his only stalemating Surfer).
Generally speaking, I think Surfer should win because he is much faster than Thor and less dependent on his board than Thor is on his hammer.
Nonetheless: Marvel canon = Thor > Surfer.

SS is much more dependent on his board then Thor is upon his hammer, and both characters using all their powers and fighting their fullest abilities, i see thor coming out on top.

There is nothing That Thor can do that Surfer Cannot out do. There are things surfer can do that Thor cannot. Surfer actually managed to synthesize the odin force and super charge it with the power cosmic to make an even stronger and better beta ray bill. Thor can't do that. He got his power from his dad who made the hammer for him.

To bad Thors hammer negates the power cosmic, that and Thor could do anything SS could do.

cause of this... He says it there..
But i dont really know what is the Sonic shark.. Could you guys explain to me what this is?

The thing is SS can make as many board as he wants... And is alot more versatile in the use of his powers than Thor.. He could just rain down bomb boards on Thor while blasting him away lets see him negate something like that..
SS tried the fly and bomb Thor with cosmic blast in the blood and reign arc, Thor quickly defeated SS.
And yes SS was trying with all his heart.

You see the scans above they could have easily taken out Thor in there but they didnt because they just want to help him not injure him..
