For some reason. I don't like this Final Fantasy as much as I thought I would/ as much as I was in the beginning.
I'm not a big fan of this Political Final Fantasy World.
I was expecting something more like Final Fantasy X.
It's still a good game though. Maybe I'll feel different once I get back into it.

Final got around to starting this game, bought it when it first came out but just opened it last night.
The game seems very HUGE. I talked to every single person in the first town and holly hell that took for ever.
I don't like the fighting style. They should have just had X attack and not have to wait, I'm sure I'll get used to it but for now I think they should have made it like Phantasy star online or shining force neo.

The licenceing doesn't make a lick of since. I understand how to use it but why in the hell would you need a licence to put on a shild or swing a sword just kinda seems tacked on to me.
Love the fact that there will be moster hunts WOOOHOOO.
Love that the world is explorable unline ffX yes walking around for no reason.

Mateus = easiest boss ever. I had more trouble getting rid of all the monsters she summoned at the start of the fight than actually killing her.
40 hours into the game and my three main characters are at level 34, and I'm about to learn Ashe and Vaan's third Quickenings. I love that double LP accessory, I forgot it was on Ashe and I think I got something like...30 LP in that boss fight? I dunno, but I checked the board right afterwards and suddenly I had enough to get the final White Magick license, which is 105 points. Heh.
Yeah, for that boss fight, I was like "OH GOD" when I saw all those elementals.
And so I was like there is no way I could possibly beat those, so I immediately used my Quickenings and of course you know that the quickening combos damage more than one enemy so by doing Quickening Combos I defeated both the boss and the elementals. Piece of cake.

I can't wait to get out of the first town. I'm in the prison now am I close to getting out of the first town?
The fighting style is growing on me a little but still think it would have been better like Phantasy star online with maybe a multiplayer. but not every game is perfect.
vaan is still gay, but rabbit whore and the gun prepy are cool so far.
It would make a good 2 player game. Just add a second controller to control half the party. Be able to split your party up into two groups and go split screen would be great. Explore twice as fast and level up twice as fast as well, be able to surround monsters for some gang bang action. Also being able split your part into 2 and fight each other would be cool as well. I think it would have been a nice add optional add on, but I doubt the ps2 could handle split screen.
I don't mean MassMultiplayer that would ruin the game. Keep it just as it is just add an optional 2 player function, this would have made the game a 10 in my book.

That’s a stupid statement.
First off there are no split screen games for PS2 that look as nice as FFXII, and rendering two sets of commands while rendering two different environments would be a lot for the ps2 to handle it being able to accomplish the task is highly doubtful.
Second you said now instead of not for being a grammar queen that’s a big nono.
Third you’re using the fallacy appeal to tradition or ad antiquitatem if you want to be fancy. Just because that’s how is has always been done doesn’t mean that’s how it always will always be.
