not that is a good idea! make sure theres someone (not just an odinary friend of theirs. some like a cop or something) with them when theyre with youngsters.who knows how the people will know if theyre with a child in the first place though 😬 i dont think someone following them arround 24/7 would be too fair.
or maybe have that for a year or two 😱
now, why would you wanna leave him with a minor? and every person that interacts with this individual has to know that he is a sex offender i.e. employees, neighbors... so his introduction should be lke this... "hi, my name is [insert pervy name here]. i have been labeled as a sex offender by the state of [insert state here], and would likely to repeat offense..."
and you're suppose to say "hi, you should rot in hell-- i mean welcome to the neighborhood..."

did i say i wanted the person left with a minor?
Hell yes, what the hell is wrong with humanity? It's bad enough I cringe when I hear about crimes/rapes/whatever form of crime period, knowing it gets in the paper from my hometown is worse.
On topic though, hell yes there should be SOMETHING available to show that Mr/Mrs/Miss/whatever the hell whoever has moved in the neighborhood at whatever address, and was a convicted sex offender.
They definitely should be informed. The offender could still commit a crime, even if it's on a smaller scale, like upskirting as opposed to rape. Upskirting is still a crime, and there's a whole thing going on here in Aus about camera phone usage in changerooms and stuff. Its just sick!
Misha you edited your post before i read it but judging from the reaction it got it was pretty bad. And you could never be an attention seeker to us, we love you!
EDIT: Upskirting is when someone takes a picture of your legs or whatever using some sort of photographic device... mostly a camera phone.
