damn birds outside my window woke me up at 6am!
so i tried to get back to sleep, eventually did at 7, when a damn crow landed on the tree outside my window!

😠 so i went onto my balcony, got a cumquat (sp?) off my tree and threw it at it 😈

well, like i said....if the pedophile is being released (dont beleive any pedophile should be allowed out of jail, ever), but if they are....i can understand why their whereabouts cant be disclosed, you'd get ppl hunting them down and terrorising them

Have any of you ever known a sex offender? the one I met was 13 he had been abused his whole childhood (heck he was still a kid) well they are trying to put him in jail and throw away the key. He needs counceling not jail time (he abused at 11 -- and just now went to trial)

which grand second chance are you talking about?

Letting these people go completely free after a few months in jail, if someone is so willing to do it once, chances are they'll do it again. They should be branded for life, and have to live with the guilt, instead of being let of completely free after a term in jail.

Does that "no second chances" apply for all criminals or just the ones you feel strongly about?

Depends on the situtation more, but mostly for criminals who abuse children in any way.

I didn't know 11 was old enough! 😕 What exactly did he do? I'd say that if a child commits a severe crime they should receive the same penalty an adult would.
