They should get the offender to see a shrink, who can then determine to "within reasonable doubt" wheather he or she thinks the person will reoffend. And they can play it from there.

I presonally think the public should be allerted. No matter what.

i think if it was no more then rape, the first time, then only neighbours at the most should be allerted (like i said, if they act like theyre sorry)
its not fair to not give others a second chance cry

I think the public should be informed. Especially when it comes to peadophiles.

I know labeling hasnt always worked, but i still think its better alernative.
