Yup, but now that I'm an expert in sneaking, I can run around with the heaviest boots on, and as long as I'm in the darkness, it won't affect my sneak factor. 😛
once you get sneak to 50 I think your boots no longer matter, and then at 75 running doesnt matter, not sure the final adjustment at 100

Its a biatch when the horse tries to attack everything, I accidentally hit it with a spell, then it started attacking me so I killed the bastard. I wanted to use my Moonshadow to become invisible and kill some Nord for the DB quest, but the stupid horse ran up and started attacking him, I was so pissed off....

Yep, I think you have to sneak near an NPC now, I ran through a forest on sneak and it did nothing.
yea you have to be actually sneaking from something. you can still find places in say a guild building were you can get in a corner, hit sneak, and hit auto walk. and then you can leave and let it level. Just watch the level progress bad after like 30 secs to make sure you are in a good spot. Or just always sneak while in dungeons and shit, its a pretty easy skill to level. Im at 98 but im level 32

Ive seen dwarven armor around, but its been crap ass ratings, like 5 or so, and I cant sell it for that much😬
I had some really fun time earlier. I was planing on visiting the Arena and then go and then at midnight join the Thieves Guild. However I managed to lvl up so I wanted to sleep first. I went to the Floated Float to sleep. And when I woke up the boat had been kidnapped by sailors and put to sea, it really caught me by surprise and was very fun.
you guys keep talking about armor and sword ratings, it will depend on your level as to what you will be finding, and then depending on your skills as to how good it is. Keep that 15 dmg sword and level up blade and it will go up. The problem for me is the game is way to easy now, I have items that reflect damage back on the attackers and my D rating is 81 so i cant really be hurt by anything im running into.
My progress so far....
I escaped the prison went down the caves and into the sewers and finally arriving at the Big city (can't remenber the name right now) I'm haven't level up yet. Sold the Goblin's Witch staft to a dealer and got me a nice long Iron sword.
I'm thinking of joining a guild but I'd rather make some money first. 60 pieces of gold not enough. Buy, buy and buy....then Sell, sell, and sell. I make a great tradesman.

Speaking of money, I had a very rich day today. I bet on the Arena and won a total of 400 gold (4 games), then after the arena closed I picked the Very Hard chest there, I got all open without breaking any picks and managed to get 500G more, then I completed the Thoronin quest and got another 200G plus a sword worth 1200G (although I now use it).

the horse needs to be yours to stay with you. You can get a free horse very early in the game, when you deliver the amulet to jaufree talk you can get a horse there.
also using the consol, glitches, or mods to make the game easier or to just give yourself a boost like a ton of money is so pointless. Why take all the challenge out of the game, makes it sooo pointless to even keep playing.
