MAD JIM JASPERS
Powers/Abilities: Able to change reality with a thought - virtually limitless ability. Even destroying the reality he was in would not have killed him.

Considing Jasper doesn't know Superman's weakness, I don't know what he'd do to Superman sans leaving him in another dimension or destroying the dimension he was in and leaving Supes behind.

Still, Captain Britain has nothing on Superman.

Facts are Cannonball isn't that strong, and Superman has dealed with absorbing energy guys, Parasite anyone?
Superman alone has throwed huge starships of size of a small moon, not Earth's moon far in the space, Cannonball never reckoned with that strenght.

gladiator have moved planets and lifted the baxter building and destroyed a planet in 3 punches. what does all of that mean when your punching are throwing someone that can absorb it, nothing.

Parasite and cannonball are totally different; parasite absorbs your powers and use it for his own, cannonball absorbs your kinetic energy and it powers him up and he releases the same amount of force you used against him. Lets put it like this, he can absorb heat vision, ice breath, and punches, and enjoy every moment of it.

You can't absorb ice breath.

yeah youre right britain dont have anything on superman but with his power increase he is in wonderwomen league but superman, nah. but that is still a great feat to kill 2 of them with 1 blast.

kinetic energy has means movement, if superman is blowing the ice on him, isnt it moving towards him, yes it is. would you like for me to give you the definition of kinetic energy again and i will also give you the site that i got it from.

The one thing that is true is that Glads is more powerful than current Superman... so if you take that fight between them to be realistic, then CB has a pretty good shot, especially adult with full control.

here you go:

Kinetic energy is the energy of motion. An object which has motion - whether it be vertical or horizontal motion - has kinetic energy. There are many forms of kinetic energy - vibrational (the energy due to vibrational motion), rotational (the energy due to rotational motion), and translational (the energy due to motion from one location to another). To keep matters simple, we will focus upon translational kinetic energy. The amount of translational kinetic energy (from here on, the phrase kinetic energy will refer to translational kinetic energy) which an object has depends upon two variables: the mass (m) of the object and the speed (v) of the object. The following equation is used to represent the kinetic energy (KE) of an object.

no matter how many times you say this, it has been at least 10 people on this site that has said superman loses this fight but it is still 1 that is fighting for superman victory. Im not saying no name but his name starts with swanky.

Yeah, there's wind blowing at him but that's not why he can't absorb it. When something hot warms something cold, the heat transfers its energy to the cold. Every time Cannonball kept himself from freezing he'd expend his own energy and eventually burn out. Superman's ice breath would be pulling energy out of Cannonball and his shielding.

Superman does have other abilites besides straight concussive punching however, and that is another factor.

i have proven to you swanky that cannonball can and will absorb anything superman throws at him and he can do it easily. Please stop arguing about this.

the thing is, this is assuming unrealistic knowledge on the part of Superman. How is he going to know how CBs field works? And the specific counter? And dont tell me hes just gonna figure it out...

Like that time someone said Storm would figure out Cap. Planets weakness was pollution because he had "planet" in his name.... 😆

i dont know, i have never seen him try flying to space; he could be protected by his force field like magneto is protected by his in space or he could be commiting suicide trying to fly to space.

isnt freezing the opposite of kinetic movement so it would just freeze the molecules CB has until he cant raise the temp anymore, and all supes has to do is keep breathing......I dont think Swanky is the ONLY one that thinks Supes would win

Whoa calm down I wasn't dissagreeing, obviously you belive cannonball wins I haven't even decided yet, I am waiting for more good points and informataion.

what else could superman do that dont require movement, is he a telepath.

Even with the definition of kinetic energy you still fail to understand it properly. Ice breath would be removing kinetic energy from him, not transfering it to him.

again, how is Supes gonna know how his field works? Ice breath isn't usually his go-to attack.
