But the thing is, Bobby doesnt have one body that can be beaten up, chopped up and even separated into hydrogen and oxygen which will kill him. He'll just inhabit the water in the air, or in the nearby pond, or in Supes's blood. As long as theres water around, at his full potential Bobby can inhabit it.

Hey, he was a big part of defeating The Stranger, whos a lot more powerful thatn Supes I'd imagine.

Supes heated up earth from across the galaxy, imagine what he could do if he was even closer and angry.

bah.....and then iceman hitches a ride in supes and when he goes to another inhabitable planet he kills him.....why is this still goin its not gonna end

Hitch a ride on what? He's dead.. planet is a desert.

Whats more desperate than bobbys brain in the astral plane while trying to fly in supes body and control individual atoms..etc etc etc.

You guys are using iceman to full potential. Well, Im using more of Supes potential. I think they are both ridiculous...but we both know Supes can do this.

Check the supes vs thor thread...its shown there. He did this to heat up the earth...he didnt tune it to kill. SOOOOOOOOOOOo..take your sarcasm elsewhere.

My mistake, it was in the vincinity of our own solar system. Its the scan provided by snoop in the supes vs thor forum.

For those just coming in...Supes doesnt have to scorch the planet, just an area a couple of miles wide leaving nothing but desert with a much higher concentration beam.

Even if Supes were to do this, he wouldn't win. All that would do is evaporate Bobby. But Boby teleports by evaporating himself. So...no, that wouldn't do the trick either. And all the dead people in the area wouldn't do much for Superman's rep.

There's nothing desperate about Bobby's tactics. they're techniques I named because he's done them before against various opponents. Nothing desperate about it. On the other hand, Superman scorch earthing miles of land IS desperate because he's NEVER done anything like that.

The fight takes place in New York; Supes is going to wipe out every life in Manhattan just to attempt to take out Iceman?

He'd have to take out the entire planet in order to do so, there are many rivers in New York, and it's right by the Atlantic. Bobby could be in Toronto or Boston by the time Supes pulls this off. Supes moves at light speeds, but the evaporation of all moisture in the New York area wouldn't occur at the speed of thought.

So let me get this straight... Bobby is now immortal as long as there is some form of water within range of him? How close does he have to be to this water? And how much water is enough - a single molecule?

And he can teleport by evaporating now? Somehow I doubt that. I can believe he might turn to vapor and move rapidly through the atmosphere, but not true teleportation.

And would someone please explain this inversion garbage a little better? It's being tossed around like some form of disintegration power here.

Bobby doesn't sound like he should be called Iceman anymore. AbsoluteControlOverWater-man is more like it.

Or Moleculeman-lite.

Nobody said anything about genocide. That was just an example of what supes could do at a much higher potential.

Iceman still isnt taking out supes in any shape or form.

on one note tho i went back and read a bunch of stuff, its old now but when steel went inside him he said lord! i counted 8 chambers already. also i re-read the manchester black incident. cold cast who has some sort of electrostatic power along with knocking out a bunch of satellites that were 300miles up he stopped supes electrons from flowing. chemistry 101 again electrons orbit-atoms-that make up-molecules. stop the electrons you stop the molecules. he essentially halted or stopped the spin, if you will. and guess what it only made supes whoozy. he was all like who?...what?...where? and he collected himself in no time flat.

then later on io (jupiters moon) manchester black messed with his brain, and put him down and made him all twisted, then cold cast zapped him again while he was down, then as soon as they turn thier backs to gloat supes went missing then b4 you know it he started picking them off one by one, like one of those things in the aliens movie who like to creep up from behind. then manchester told cold cast to zap him again and he was like, no i cant i gave him all i had.

so there's nothing bobby can do that supes wont quickly recover from, if he can do anything at all 😆

Lets not forget that when they went inside Supes, he had nano-kryptonite machines in his body that were killing him...weakening him. Iceman doesnt have that luxury.
