He sees "bio-auras", I remember the comic you're talking about (when he saw Connor). It doesn't mean he can see all consciousness. I've never seen Superman depicted as seeing all spirits/Ghosts on the planet or incoming psi bolts. And I believe he was also possessed before as well Av.

Actually, that's not the only instance I was talking about. He did it with Rachel as well if I remember.

He's done it more than once.

And it's on panel proof. It's a lot more than what people are trying to bring up for Bobby on this thread since there really isn't a such thing as "full" potential iceman..especially after House of M.
