There's also instances where he can't see it. Like when he returned and killed Henshaw along with Eradicator and he didn't see Henshaw transfer his consciousness into other machinery or transfer to the tracking device on Doomsday. Supes is not omniscient.

Bobby is basically Henshaw with moisture instead of Machines.

I'd wager a GL ring could detect Bobby.

Av, do you have any proof to substantiate that Supes would be able to see Bobby though he couldn't see Henshaw with their abilities being identical essentially (both being beings that inhabit substances and form physical manifestations, Bobby being ice and Henshaw being machines)? How do you know a GL Ring could detect Bobby in that form either?
