Meh, Manhattan couldn't affect his own, past, present and future. Everything he did Norrin can replicate. Manhattan simply doesn't have the feats

DM died a man, and came back a god by merging with the universal quantum field.

Surfer was given his powers by a cosmic entity, and those powers can be taken away by Galactus, something Surfer has no control over. To destroy DM would take a beyonder level being.

He didnt back a God. Magneto in Watchman would appear god like, Electro could replace Manhattan and appear godlike. He was the only big fish. Everyone else was nothing. How can u suggest it would take beyonder level power when he's faced nothing
