Based on power set, he should be able to easily create Kryptonite, for example. But DC have a caveat that alternate Supermen are immune. However, if we relied solely on Manhattan's feats and power set and extrapolated (as you are doing) and ignored what other Supermen have resisted, then we would be making a wrong assumption.

The plot device was the a channel (or psychic link) was already opened to Surfer. Surfer didn't open this channel. He simply sent his cosmic energy through that channel back at the aliens. Assuming that surfer can create his own channel to unleash his cosmic power, are you suggesting that it will ko or permanently kill DM? I mean, I don't think Surfer make DM go to sleep or control him like a puppet. At best make him feel pain probably.

I didn't spin anything. You and h1 are basing your arguments off hyperbole and opinion. Not on panel feats. That's not how these debates work. Just because Manhattan atomized a tank or a baseline human it's not a safe or fair assumption he can do it to Magneto. The difference in power is astronomical. Especially given what we have actually seen Magneto tank on panel. His shields are uber. Manhattan cant teleport behind it, he cant bfr Magneto. He hasn't shown greater control of energy. This us y watchmen shouldn't be used. Voidt killed an aged comedian, an aged n.o and Rorschach yet some people think hes a match for wayne or rogers.
Now his shields is up for debate. But DM can go intangible and teleport inside closed spaces.

No, be we don't go by no limit fallacy either. Once u get to a certain durability class, atomization isnt gonna fly. Magneto is more than capable of protecting himself and we dont know the degree of Manhattans power output

But what can Surfer actually do if he can create a channel? We don't know.
Also DM body is just an avatar of him. It may be futile trying to use tp on his avatar. He's just part and in control of the quantum field.

If for some reason Manhattan cannot do this with his own power set, he can create an appropriate device out of thin air.
