Dooku is definitely not my favourite character, I think he would win becuase he seems better than Vader...

Ya, I havn't changed my mind that Dooku would win on this one. Vader is just slow & has lots of limits. Dooku is better than him in both saber & force.

Sidious apparently wanted Count Dooku around due to his charisma, and ability to effectively 'rally half the galaxy' to his cause. I mean, you answered your own question by posting that, and bolding the last sentence. It even goes so far as to tell you why Sidious would wish for such a thing, and that'd be because of the former sentence, which clearly states that Vader was 'a hated figure' within the Empire's ranks. It's obvious that Sidious would've rather had the opposite for his apprentice - someone who can generate a vast amount of positive feelings from his subordinates, as well, ihaving Dooku would more than likely have had an effect on the way the parts of the galaxy that opposed the Imperial rule feel about the Empire itself.
And darthsith, really, you continue to prove your incompetence, and inability to comprehend basic things.
And no, there's no trailer for Star Wars: Force Unleashed to my knowledge, only a teaser from a year ago, and two demos.

I am amazed, Darthsith, that you attempt to use that particular quote as the means to justify Dooku's superiority over Vader; if Dooku really is better than Vader, this quote certainly isn't something that functions as evidence in your favor.
As Kadesh has pointed out, it is making reference to Count Dooku's masterful charisma.

I've bolded the important segment of the quote; this is making reference to the often understated bi-product of wielding fear as a weapon to oppress one's subjects - it makes them secretly despise you.

a.) This is an obvious reference to one of Count Dooku's most skillfull traits - he was an extremely charismatic man. He did not need to always rely on heavy-handed punishments or the threat of death to keep people in line. He simply convinced them to serve him due to his proficient oratory skills and commanding presence; Vader is a seven-foot black-clad cyborg - I'd say the ability to be "charismatic" was one of the other things he lost thanks to Obi-Wan. He ruled through fear, Dooku through persuasion. It's obvious which ones the masses would prefer, and that is what Palpatine longed for.
b.) Also notice how there is no direct (or indirect) reference to Count Dooku's "power"; just his oratory and persuasive skills.
No one is arguing that Dooku is a better politician or more of an inspiring leader than Vader. But Vader's training under Sidious was longer, and he still "retained an incredibly high amount of midichlorians" despite his injuries (according to the Complete Visual Dictionary). He is also not bound by hubris like Dooku is, and a master at using the environment to his advantage. He is also stronger than Dooku. I'd say that the gap of power isn't huge, but Vader has it.
Dooku could, however, hypothetically kill him due to his Force lightning, but that - actually - doesn't make him necessarily more powerful.

That's ridiculous, from what we've seen, it's only teasers to show off this feature and that feature, more or less gameplay. Secondly, what an apprentice can do doesn't necessarily indicate what the master can do or anything of the sort. Really the point falls back that it's a video to demonstrate what you can do in the game, and has absolutely no bearing on Vader himself.

This obivously showed Vader is not that "good"...
ROTJ Luke has the ability to beat Vader & Luke is not as good as Dooku. In saber fight, Vader is slow, & unable to perform the acrobatics like Darth Maul. I don't see he is better than Dooku. In pure force fight, Dooku simply use lightning & Vader is doomed.
Can we please let this thread die. It angers me whenever I see it, due to the fact it is obvious that neither party involved is going to change their views on the matter.
