No one could just debate, without there ego in the way. i hear

One thing I'm not taking back though...you really should pay more attention to your grammar and spelling. I'm not saying you need to get PHD in English or anything. But it just REALLY helps your argument when people can understand said debates.

2 people insulted me, and the 3rd guy even said he insulted me for a purpose, but that prob is resolved, I have no problem with him and respect what he has to say. The other one is just looking for an arguement and saying all my stuff is wrong after he used the same thing in spiderman vs wolverine, then try to continue things, but i stopped it so it wont progress into anything longer. then comes the membner basher.

In the 15 or so seconds it takes someone to die. Can Spiderman pull a feat like this? who knows, just maybe. But I doubt it.
From point-blank range, he casually blocked machine gun fire, that's every single bullet. In the GameCube version, Fox sliced a bullet in half after it left the gun. These are reflexes that puts Spiderman's to total shame. He held up the leg of a Metal Gear that was trying with all its might to crush him. Spiderman is incapable of pulling a feat like this. And he took several direct blows from said machine. He could jump several stories with ease, and move more or less like Spiderman.
Why are you all still debating this? Gray fox wins. I gave the reasons why and if you played the game, both the Playstation and *especially* the Gamecube versions, you'd all agree with me. To say otherwise is ignorant and foolish. He's basically Spiderman high on crack armed with a mono molecular razor sharp blade and a blaster, not to mention the stealth camo as well.
