Humankind says, through its criminal law, that killing is sometimes acceptable; only murder is wrong. Killing to humans is not always wrong;but, no matter if done by legitimate authority such as the state under the term retribution or if done by a private citizen in the name of vengeance; the act of killing becomes no more moral, only more legitimate.

Well, moral is a whole different thing than lawful. I mean what is moral? Is anything actually moral? We are just applying our own understanding of right and wrong to the situation. If it is actually right or wrong morally is more than doubtful.
Just lost my whole paragraph,..........so here it goes again
This whole world is what? Filled with people like you and me? Nah, and yes. there are one in 5 house holds where abuse is going on.........Look at the statistics............it is........and when I drive around I think of this also in these nice peoples faces...............yet there are CHILDREN who do n't have anyone who would listen to them........I don't even watch the news anymore cause of the abuse I hear about........Kids locked in the closet with tape around their mouths, and die............some treated like dogs (read the book called "it"", I can't.......just can't!! People need to see and look at what is going on around them, and kick out what is false. I myself was going to be a councillor or working for the system, but cannot stand the hurt of it all. I am the kind of person that would take it home, and from what I have researched this is a high suicide rate profession......................I can only do what I can here for those around me............call me this or that...............but I am put on earth for something...................

You must take in to a persons mental status. they could be really good people that are just confussed as I am taking care of someone like this alone with my dad...........medications do help, but the thing with medication is it makes them feel like zommbies...........that is why they don't like it and get off...............so sad.

I am not sure I agree with the death penatly all the time. There are some people whom I believe should be executed, but whom are spending life in prison, and there are people I believe should be in prison who have been, or are waiting, to be executed.
Anyone who rapes or kills a child should, IMO, get an immediate death sentence. Then again, we could stick them in a cell with the most vile mass murderers the world has ever seen, and let them have a field day. Hmmm... 😛
