i dont agree with the death penalty. its too easy. i think that we should dump all people condemned to death on a remote island and let them fend for themselves.

OR give em prison in life...the funny thing is that people assume Death Penalty is the highest punishment you can give to a serious criminal...actually its quite merciful compared to life in prison.

Especially if you put a child rapist in jail....do you think he or she is going to have a jolly ol time in prison? Hellz no...they are going to be tormented every day of their lives by other prisoners and guards.

The point is for the state to sentence someone to death is making the state no better than the serial killer or rapist...but to contain them and allow the rest to happen on its own is more reasonable, and an even greater punishment in the long run.

I do not believe prisoners should be given more rights than their victims. Protective custody should be abolished for the sick individuals who murder and rape children. They do not deserve any rights.
