Cap has every stat advantage except intelligence. And possibly skill.
Batman loses in strength, speed, experience, both in hth and pure experience,
Cap also has a healing factor and nearly limitless stamina
How the hell are people arguing about this particular fight

Brubaker redefined cap as peak of human potential while bruce is simply peak human. The fact still remains that bruce regularly displays superhuman physical feats just as cap does. I think how their physicality is defined holds less weight than how they perform on panel. They're quite comparable.
my revamped respect thread for captain america is finally done, when i get back from work i will start copy all the work i have done into his new respect thread, after you will see all his feats (that is if you will have the time to sit around and watch all his feats) you will call him Batman's God.

But the strength debate is one big waste of time, imo.. Since when has strength ever been a winning factor in a fight of elites where the gap is under many tons.?
People should be debating things like striking and combat feats, not who can bench more.
Nobody is saying Cap only wins beacuse he's stronger, they are mainly just repsonding to the erroneous claims that Batman has equal physical stats to Cap.
Edit: Basically, certain bat fanboys can't stand the fact that Cap might be better than Batman in some way.... a lot of times you'll seen these same fanboys get upset when someone says that Reed/Doom or some other super genius is smarter than him.
