Um that defintion doesn't contradict what I said. It says 'the ability to learn' not knowing more stuff. Knowing more stuff isn't intelligence thats knowledge.
EDIT: In fact I'm not even sure if you can say Batman knows more stuff, Batman defintely knows more science.

Lets not exaggerate now. Cap has gone undercover alot as well, the stuff he did during WW2 would have included espionage, so please Cap has more experience in this area.
Bucky is actually better at espionage and spying than Steve is. Not to say Cap's undercover work is terrible, but not in the same league as either Bucky's or Bruce's. And Cap wouldn't have more experience doing those kind of missions than Batman does.
But I can't really see any argument against Bruce being more intelligent than Steve is. He's mastered various sciences, psychology, engineering, and other fields.
Of course, all this means jack in an actual fight.

Yes Bruce knows more science than Cap, period. Cap has studied Military tactics. Bruce doesn't know more about this than Cap does. Also espionage isn't just about spying and going undercover, Cap has more experience doing that and has always close links with people like Nick Fury. No way overall does Batman know more about espionage than Cap does.
What, then, is spying about?

He's not above hacking into Lexcorp, for.example, to get Intel.
Im not giving Bats a win in Hth because of this, in fact I've already said Cap wins, im just interested to know what you think espionage is.all about.
