Batman would beat Rand in h2h, like Wolverine did just easier..
And KK is the best MA in Marvel and DC, it's his "superpower", he knows not only all Earthy styles but also all extraterrestrial styles. You can't become better then him and according to Superman, Batman is quite close in skill to him. KK is still better but he is also leagues above Rand.

So yeah, a guy who fight a blood lusted Mon El without getting killed in the first 2 seconds would beat Batman, Val would steamroll Danny also, in New Avengers when he Iron Fisted Skaar he was acting like it was the crowning achievement of his life even though Val has thrown down with Daxamites and Kryptonians, in factVal would beat most of the Immortal Weapons except for the Prince of Orphans since Val can't physically hit him.
I've read a good bit chunk of Iron Fist' material, he's pretty damn good but his over reliance on chi has been addressed in the comics, I'd say Bruce could take a slim majority over Danny on a skill basis.
