Cap has Batman beat in every category except for scientific intelligence. Like you said srank, Cap is superhuman bottom line, he's at Wolverine level which is pretty damn high. Batman is more of Daredevil level but slight above DD in physicality and vastly more skilled and smarter, but psychically they are still below Cap who is the standard of enhance human.
Cap has fought nothing but enhance or superhuman beings and react on superhuman levels that Batman can't duplicate unless it's PIS.

Cap having a shield as a weapon/means of defense doesn't take away from his speed or agility.

Most street level people have those feats, several of them on a higher level than Batman and Cap has been stated as being faster than them.

Batman is not "just as fast" as Cap. That's absurd, Nightwing is faster than Batman, and Nightwing is not faster than Cap. Cap has better bullet / laser dodge and block feat than Batman does and he has much better movement speed feats under his belt as well. Hell we've seen Cap blitz around Daredevil as nothing more than a blur.
The only help the car afford Cap in "aiding" pulling down that helicopter is that it provided a foot hold so he could use his leg muscles as well as arms... that's it. Other than that the car was completely irrelvant as has been explained to you ad nauseam.
Batman has "sometimes" (but not always) bullet proof armor. Captain America can tank machine gun fire to his chest without his armor and jump hundreds of feat out of planes / helicopters without parachutes and land on solid cement without worrying.
Bucky Barnes is about as fit and tough as you can get without going into superhuman territory. And Cap is 3x faster and stronger than him.
It's pretty obvious that Cap is superhuman. And really, since Brubaker got onto the title years ago, any doubt as to whether or not he is should have been crushed completely.

The first arc in Cap's last solo title (before the current Remender one), was about a jealous super soldier Code Name Bravo with 2x peak human speed and strength who was bitter that Cap was better than him in every way and stole his girlfriend. I would say that is pretty conclusive.
