Agreed, though I think Bats would probably win in h2h in comics as well. He's Batman, respect his jobber aura. And the first strike isn't necessarily chance, I think it's just that the two are so evenly matched that it's impossible to determine who would get it.

all of your scans doesn't prove that batman is more faster or more agile than captain america. The arrows only show batman's great reflexes. There are scans in the thread that show cap moving so fast that it seems as if he has multiples of himself around. The people watching him are in awe as they talk about his speed. All you did was show that batman is fast, agile, strong, and has great reflexes. But not more than cap. Thus that isn't proof.
To be honest there is no absolute proof. Mainly because both are roughly equally fast and agile and both are doing this at top human potential.

Ditto. I've been saying this from the start. Although logically, Cap should be slightly better in every physical category.

Captain America is enhanced to human perfection, Batman was trained to Olympic Athlete level and that's it their is big difference. Batman couldn't take on 100 enhanced humans of hydra at once and fight for hours at a time with out getting tired, knight fall Batman was physically and mentally tired and got his ass kicked by Bane up and down threw the mansion. That showed that Batman had his limits and for regular human body without any enhancing abilities still has limitation as where Cap's body doesn't.

Captain America has taken on 100 hydra members more than once with out breaking a sweat, Batman regardless what you think has limitation. Batman fighting hydra members who are enhanceto cap level I doubt that batman can last that long with out getting or unless he is on some serious energy drink.
